John Taylor lives in quiet solitude, designing puzzles for a living, under the nom-de-plume of 'Ludwig'. When his identical twin, James, disappears off the face of the earth, John takes over his brother's identity in a quest to discover his whereabouts.
No longer impersonating his twin, puzzle setter John ‘Ludwig’ Taylor returns as a crime scene consultant. A murder at a theatre sees John take centre stage.
When a ceilidh is cut short by an unwelcome guest, John is left in a spin. Ironically, a murder witnessed by an entire wedding party proves to be quite the puzzle.
