Love Momozono awakens as the leader of the Fresh Pretty Cure, Cure Peach to protect her idol, Miyuki.

When a vending machine Nakewameke attacks, Burun grants Miki the power to transform into Cure Berry to protect her brother.

Inori has begun to feel left out because she is too shy to dance with Love and Miki. When a dog is transformed into a Nakewameke, Kirun grants Inori the power to transform into Cure Pine.

The girls chase Chiffon around town, as she causes trouble with her extraordinary abilities.

Three boys from Love's school go on a triple date with her and the girls at an amusement park, where Westar turns a panda cart into a Nakewameke to cause chaos.

Love buys hamburgers at the store where her mother works. After Love finishes cooking, the hamburg steaks disappear, causing mother and daughter to fight.

Setsuna goes to the town centre to meet Love and asks her to give a tour of the town. Along the way, she secretly plans to steal Love's Linkrun.

After Love accidentally forgets to refill the Cure Vitan, Chiffon's food, the girls are forced to complete several complicated tasks in order to refill it.

Miki, who aspires to be a model, gets the chance to participate in an audition; if she passes, she will have the chance to be a model overseas. However, she realizes that in order to pursue this dream, she would have to quit dancing and being a Pretty Cure and leave her friends.

A Nakewameke Soular summons causes Inori and Tart to switch bodies, forcing Inori to confront her fear of ferrets.

The girls come late to a dance session, causing Miyuki to get angry and quit being their dancing instructor.

Westar turns one of Love's dad's wigs into a Nakewameke, which gives everyone in Clover Town Street weird hairstyles.

When Chiffon falls ill, Inori is tasked with nursing her back to health. However, she can't find the right cure, as she does not know the cause of the sickness.

Now that Chiffon is able to talk, she tells them that in addition to Pirun, Burun, and Kirun, which give them the ability to transform into Pretty Cure, there is a fourth Pickrun: Akarun, a red Pickrun.

Love meets with Setsuna once again, who decides to tell her something in private. Meanwhile, Soular creates a Nakewameke that makes people tell their true feelings to each other.

When Love and Daisuke are trapped inside the school while preparing for the cultural festival, they must work together to escape a Nakewameke.

Miki volunteers to care for Chiffon as a mean of gaining new powers from her, but she struggles with keeping her happy.

Love and the girls meet a sick girl in a hospital who wants to meet Pretty Cure.

Moebius, the ruler of Labyrinth, gives Eas cards that can summon a more powerful type of Nakewameke called a Nakisakebe, but also harm her.

After exhausting themselves training for a dance competition, the Cures must choose between dancing and their duties as Pretty Cures.

The night before the dance competition, the girls are hospitalized due to fatigue. Tarte becomes desperate to find the fourth member of Pretty Cure. He approaches Miyuki and begs her to join.

The girls believe that Miyuki is the fourth Pretty Cure and search for Akarun. However, they run into Eas again, who reveals her identity as Setsuna.

Love, who is feeling depressed after learning the truth about Setsuna, decides to confront her for the last time and put an end to everything.

Setsuna refuses to believe that she is worthy of being a member of Pretty Cure after all of the terrible things she did while serving Moebius.

Haunted by her actions as Eas, Setsuna must confront them when a Nakewameke doppelganger of Eas attacks.

Miyuki decides to take the girls on a trip to practice their dance skills. Setsuna decides that she wants to tag along, but does she have the confidence to become another member of the troupe?

During the summer festival, the Cures meet the comedy duo Audrey.

After a Nakewameke attacks and traps Love in her childhood memories, she must choose between staying with her grandfather in the illusion or helping the Cures defeat the Nakewameke.

The girls go to the park to get donuts from Kaoru, and find that his vending van is missing. The Cures and Tart realize that Kaoru is hiding something and decide to investigate.

Tarte gets sick and ends up in the veterinary hospital run by Inori's family. The owner of one of the hospital's other patients happens to be a television reporter, and tries to use Tarte for his latest scoop.

The new school term has begun, and while Love is happy that Setsuna has become popular at Yotsuba Junior High, Daisuke is not, which causes them to argue.

Tart and Chiffon return to the Sweets Kingdom with the Cures, and they learn that Tart is the prince of the Kingdom and is engaged to a pink ferret named Azukina.

When Miki and Setsuna spend a day together, the two of them have difficulty connecting to one another. When an octopus Nakewameke attacks, Miki struggles with fighting it because of her fear of octopuses.

A calendar Nakewameke causes time to freeze at midnight, preventing tomorrow from coming. The Sorrow Gauge fills completely, causing Infinity to awaken.

Westar and Soular have succeeded in filling the Sorrow Gauge and bringing forth Infinity. She quickly disappears after being summoned, and the girls, as well as Westar and Soular, desperately try to find her.

When Westar and Soular fail to capture Infinity, Moebius is left with no choice but to bring forth his strongest servant, Northa, to defeat Pretty Cure once and for all.

The Cures train with Miyuki to become stronger and Chiffon grants them a new power: the group attack, Lucky Clover Grand Finale.

After Miki accidentally loses the Clover Box, the Cures must find it before Labyrinth does.

Love, Setsuna and Daisuke's class go on a field trip to Okinawa. As a way of getting Love to like him more and be able to confess to her, Daisuke vows not to fight with her during the trip.

Setsuna suspects that something is wrong with Love's mother, Ayumi, and discovers that she has been replaced by a Sorewatase clone.

Kento invites Inori to a boat party being held by his family. Westar shows up and decides to make the entire boat into a Sorewatase, sending it out of control towards the docks!

After Northa captures Setsuna, the Cures must rescue her before she is inducted back into Labyrinth.

The Cures enter the Labyrinth manor in order to destroy the Sorrow Gauge and fight against Northa.

The girls, as well as Daisuke, Yuki and Kento, are getting ready to compete in a dance competition. Meanwhile, Northa, Westar and Soular work together to execute a plan to capture Chiffon.

As the Cures prepare for the final battle against Labyrinth to rescue Chiffon, they decide to reveal their identities as Pretty Cures to their parents and friends.

Moebius sends Souler and Westar to defeat Pretty Cure without them knowing that he had something else in mind; get rid of them.

The Cures fight to free the denizens of Labyrinth who were changed by Tarte, Azukina and...donuts!

Things seemed hopeless for Pretty Cure until two new heroes and the people of Labyrinth came to help them.

Moebius isn't what he seems to be...; the shocking truth has been revealed. The Cures head into the heart of a supercomputer to confront him and rescue Chiffon.
